Our Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility

LUX has decided to make a conscious effort and make it their priority to be inclusive and without prejudice to anyone as we believe that there is no place for it in today's society.

This could mean your race, sexual orientation, education, religion, personal beliefs, socio-economic background, mental or personal disability among others. We believe in fair and open discussion where we can learn from others and avoid assumptions.

Most of our vehicles are fitted with electric steps and grab-handles for ease of access and offer enough space for walkers or foldable wheelchairs. Our drivers are always happy to assist in accessing our cars, however there are limits to what we can do. We are unable to assist a person without any ability to move as this requires a specific education, training and vehicle set up. We do not have electric lifts available on our vehicles.
